We were a little early because we’re sure about how bad traffic would be due to the highway construction . He got us right in and wrote down our request for the service we wanted. LED us to the waiting area and gave us an approximate wait time. We had a snack and drink watched a little TV and he came got us to sign papers and pay. Then we were on our way home. Limited communication with service representative. I tried calling multiple times without a return call. Been going here for service since 2018 and this was the least smooth.

I waited five minutes for service rep to discuss with me after my vehicle was checked in. (I had an appointment scheduled.). Then all the updates were by text while I was waiting in the waiting area. This is not the personal attention and experience I am used to at Leta. Oil change and tire rotation took almost two hours! Not what I have been used to in the past at Frank Leta. Again I had an appointment scheduled!
