Everything was acceptable and timely from the time I drove in and gave them my appointment time and keys. I'm just not sure why with a scheduled appointment the actual oil change should only take 30 minutes not 1 hour.

U guys tried too upsell me over 1100 bucks and u your technician couldn't even put windshield wiper fluid in it I drove all the way home which is a 30 minute drive there and back get back had too wait another 20 minutes and all I got was oh sorry no coupons no free oil change no car wash I won't be back worse customer service

Tyler is very attentive to his customers and gets all the tasks done every time I give him my vehicle n brings to my attention what PMS are due Tyler is definitely a asset to Honda worked with him for years

When I came to pick up my vehicle, I was told my services were done. I realized the emissions sticker was still from the previous inspection. I found out that they actually did not do the emissions inspection. So I waited for the inspection to be done to find out that since I also had a system update that they could not successfully run the test and I would need to drive the vehicle for a few days and bring it back for the inspection.

I wish the oil used was 5w20 rather than 0w20. My accord is from 2006 and is 5w20 is the recommended oil

I set an appointment to have a part repaired, but the part was not ordered when I made the appointment; so, when I showed up, the repair could not be completed. This meant that I had to go back a second time once the part had arrived.?Then I had to return a third time because the repair was not done completely (although this third return was an easy fix).

The mechanic messed up removing the PCV valve. An item that should have taken no longer than 30 minutes he broke, I suspect he didn’t know what he was doing and didn’t know how to remove it. In turn the valve cover had to be removed. Because of this error I did not get the brake job I was suppose to get done. Sam the service adviser was great.
