Brad did a great job… I was getting ready to leave town … and my “Need service soon” light came on… it was for an oil change… called Brad on short notice…. He said come on over… and he worked me in…. I certainly appreciated it…

I tried calling multiple times and was only able to speak to someone 1 time. I was lied to and treated as though I didn’t know anything about my car. I felt that the men I had interactions where trying to mislead me. I was able to get my vehicle fixed for half the price AND the battery that I was told was no good, tested perfectly! I will never return and if I ever buy an Acura it won’t be here!

To start it took almost 3 weeks to get the vehicle back. That was awful. Adding insult to injury we weren't offered a loaner until the car was almost fixed. Lastly according to the mercedes dealer we were lied to buy your mechanic. On the plus side the car did get fixed 3 thousand bucks later. All in all I give Acura a 5/10 only because the mechanic I was talking to stayed in contact with was professional and handled the situation accordingly.
