Andrew was exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional. He greeted me as soon as I arrived and listened attentively to my concerns about my Acura. My wife took our car in for oil change, the service tech told her she needed to pay $115 for a "Fall Winter Kit" which would, quote, "make it run better". My oil change bill was $220 for unnecessary services.
