I really appreciate the technician’s under carriage walk around showing and telling what the mechanic sees, speaking of the things that can go wrong and how they look now. It is that thoroughness that makes me want to continue coming there -it makes me feel safe on the road. I’d also like to see the same thing under the hood…showing that all fluids were checked and good, belts, things like that. Thank you!

As soon as we walked in, Levi greeted us and informed us of how long it would take and arranged for a loaner car since there was a recall on our MDX and may take longer than planned.
We love your dealership and the service dept. is outstanding when it comes to courtesy and professionalism. Plus, everyone is always so polite and greets us with a smile and the extra bonus is a nice lounge with yummy cookies.

I wish it wouldn't take so long for a oil change 1hr and 20 minutes. I commend Levi on his attitude and being so nice to me. To bad others there do not take after him. He was great. Miss regular magazines to look at not just 417's.

Vehicle went in for a transmission update. I was told it would be $99 over the phone by Hannah. Came in and it was $169. Whatever, I needed it done. Come to find out they did a full blown inspection on my car which I did not ask for. Claimed it needed nearly $10,000 of work done which included timing chain due to a leaky oil pump and a leaky rear main seal. I put my vehicle on a list today and we inspected it and there is absolutely no leaks under it, nor coming from any of the seals or oil pump. Then, they told me I needed sway bar links and an inner tie rod, which I know is true. HOWEVER when I got home from my visit, my wife had to take the car and called me freaking out because the front end felt like it was about to fall apart. It’s far worse than it was prior to my visit. Customer service was great, but I can’t help but questioning the truthfulness of the tech. I understand this is the only Acura dealer in a 100 mile radius, but it seems you guys are scalping repair costs and creating issues to generate more revenue. I’m a fairly level headed guy, I talked my wife out of having an investigation launched. This is why I do my own work on all of my vehicles, and always will.
Andrew is always wonderful every single time. He is friendly and to the point which I appreciate with a busy schedule. He is always willing to accommodate late evening pick ups or anything else I need. 5 stars
