Wrong mileage sticker provided at the end of service. “Next service: 106k miles” even though I barely have 10k. “Maintenance required” code was never cleared.
I went to the service at 13:30. There were no vehicles or lines in the area. They said they would take my car and only change the oil. I waited for my car for 4 hours and 25 minutes. It was terrible. I was not happy at all. Nowhere in the world should people be kept waiting like this. Shame on them. When I reacted, they called the service and immediately brought my documents and said they were ready. If I had not reacted, they would have made me wait longer. My whole day and time was ruined. I had GAP done. If I had known it would be like this, I would never have had it done. I complain about the service time and the arrogant attitude of the staff.

Over all everything is great!
Richie was honest and clear without trying to push me on excessive repairs. The small discount is appreciated anytime a repair hits the thousands. Very communicative too, a good guy.
