The advisor was helpful but I asked for a quote to replace a light on the back (passenger side) and didn’t get the info. I honestly feel Frank was super busy and maybe he forgot ? Also, you used to offer different plans to save us money (oil changes, tire rotations, others), nothing was offered and I felt rushed out of the place because of how busy you guys were! I was disappointed with the service as it is not as good as it used to be, the car was not completely washed and was not vacuumed inside. I understand prices gone up but you should still be able to take care of the small details to maintain good quality of service
