I was told when I bought the car that I would not have to worry about anything. It was all under warranty for two years at least now I bring in for service and I am told I need $130 worth of filters on a car that is supposed to be under warranty. I was very pleased with Richer Miser. I just need to apologize for my not understanding all the confusion when I came to pick up my car. I arrived once because of a voice mail that i received, to find out that it was not ready. Then later in the day I arrived and I was ready to pay my bill. This young boy/man was following us making us feel nervous. Then my daughter and I were so confused. All the people there were treating us like we were loitering. My daughter and I were just tired from packing and moving.
