Punctured my tire, after buying the vehicle 2 weeks earlier. Ana researched my warranty and put in a claim found the tire and had it ready so all I had to do was take the vehicle in and they installed it.i was very satisfied with how it was handled. Thank you Ana Ochoa.

Initial quote was $175 for oil change and rotate tires which I thought was too high. I found a coupon while I was waiting for the oil change ($70)
First Toyota dealership in 8 years that has charged me $40 to rotate tires purchased at Toyota- not happy about that. Only reason I agreed was I was pressed for time- my wife is on hospice at care facility in Costa Mesa.
Not sure why your dealership doesn’t honor normal free tire rotation with dealership purchased tires so I will probably go somewhere else next time.
Again, John was very friendly, professional, and a great representative for Toyota.

The cost of work exceeded my expectations. I was told what had to be done, and I did authorize it. But I was not told how much it would cost. The initial estimate was $173, but the final cost was $1068. I should have been notified how much it would cost before the work was done.
You guys are con artist , you sell me a service then don’t want to honor it giving g me the run around very unprofessional
