The service from the salesmen who wouldn’t show me a vehicle without doing a credit check was poor and unpleasant. Is my new 2024, $30K, hybrid Corolla sitting in their parking lot not enough for them to treat me decently?
Another sales representative asked me what my age was and told me I look under 21 (I’m 24) and from the Midwest in a highfalutin tone. He then spoke negatively about my wife’s vehicle because it wasn’t a Toyota.
I’ll find a different Toyota dealership to shop at.

Ana Ochoa was diligent in providing important information. Total focus on responding to customer’s needs. The service team is superbly coordinated and capable to deliver accurate results. South Coast Toyota is very well managed. There is a sense of teamwork, dedication to competence, and enthusiasm.

I've been a South Coast Toyota customer for many years and when I take my vehicles for service they've always washed it the job is done.Today was the second time they did not wash my car.
I was favorably impressed with Ana. She was very good. I now have her phone number in my contacts and can call her when I need help or service. She was very efficient and had the car retired to me in excellent time which is exactly what she said she would try to do…and she did it.
However, I do wish the car had been returned to me washed. Perhaps it was not washed because it was under contract…??

First time I came for this dealership and quite good the service provided…but only thing is it is different to contact the person. Many time I called not respond. Mannered to called operator finally.
In my experience at this dealership you guys usually do a complimentary wash with a service. And they did not wash my vehicle, pretty disappointed about that
