5 star performance for Richie Mesa. Not satisfactory with David Wilso getting rid of the 2 way service and washing the cars. Most car washes have waste water and recycling hastens. The owner has of the dealership is responsible for the lower rating.
Stephanie did a great job. However, service department was really busy and understaffed. Stephanie was awesome for being the only person working but she defiantly could have used some support.

I’ve been coming here for several years now having my car serviced here. Overall satisfied with my experience, however Stephanie customer care to my needs have exceeded expectations of service. I appreciate her understanding and commitment to customer service - helping the business and yet making sure customers are a priority. As this location is my go to dealership for service having Stephanie as part of the team will have me continuing to come here. The rest of the team is has also been great to me in previous years.
