Ray was great - 5 stars! I only wish the service didn’t take so long as I was there for 6 hours. But Ray did his best to keep me apprised. No complaints about him.

Richie Misa I thank you to him for helping me When I reach over there I mean, arrived at Toyota at the service. He came out right away and ask me what would I need? I explain him about my car he fix it. He did a report and sent in right away. I was very satisfied and amazing how he helps me he was the best FAST SERVICE And I thank you for the Toyota hiring great people to help people like us and fix our car. I was forced to miss an appointment due to service taking longer than I was told it would take.
The service coordinators and service staff were excellent. Using Uber rather than a driver and only offering one way is not efficient. Staff, and management, however took good care of me and made it work.
