Although the representative was very professional in her approachwith me, was skilled, and effective, she wore an amount of cologne/perfume that was readily smelled by anyone near. As I have an allergy to cologne, I immediately began to sneeze and began to get a headache; I had to remove myself from her office, resulting in my having to stand outside in the cold and rainy wind, while waiting to sign paperwork. It was quite uncomfortable and I told her I had to go into the lounge as I was so cold. She was supportive and helpful; however, it would be greatly appreciated if your employees could refrain from wearing large amounts of cologne that can readily be smelled by anyone near. I am not the only person with sensitivity to cologne and, as well, smelling that way in the workplace does not present as professional.

I completely trust South Coast Toyota with the service they always give me. The people are always so courteous and let you know periodically the status of the service. There waiting room is very comfortable.
We used a South Coast Toyota coupon for an oil change for our 2021 Toyota Corolla. The coupon specifically stated it was for a full synthetic Mobil One Oil change for When we received our receipt, it did not indicate Mobil One oil nor that the oil was full synthetic. I called the service writer and he kept telling me it was Toyota approved synthetic blend oil required for my car. When I specifically asked whether it was Mobil One and fully synthetic, he kept on reiterating it was Toyota approved synthetic oil. We are disappointed that a dealership service department would pull such a bait and switch. I didn’t want to argue the point. But, it was definitely a disappointment. Our service was today 10/13/25.
