The vehicle drop off and pick up experience was excellent. A service advisor came to me promptly reviewed the maintenance history of my Toyota Tundra and made recommendations and provide an estimate promptly. The communication and expectations were a match. Upon pick up the invoice payment process and vehicle retrieval with an orange pick up ticket worked flawlessly. I was impressed with these processes. As a lean six sigma trained professional I could appreciate Toyota University’s Kaizen quality processes at work.

The service advisor Ana Ochoa did not inform me that there were other repairs they would recommend and for the amount of time they had my truck they could have repaired everything else. So your company lost money.

I brought my car in for a routine maintenance which would have taken 90 minutes, however, it was recommended for the hydraulic brake fluid to be replaced. Estimated wait time was three hours. I agreed to the service and I said I would wait for the vehicle. At 11:30, service person casually tells me it will be ready at 1:30. I expressed my dissatisfaction. Service person told me I could take an Uber. My reply was why would I do that to turn around and come back. Had he told me at 9:00 am when I brought the car in I would have. Car was ready at 12:20. I take umbrage at being taken advantage because I am viewed as an old woman who will not be heard. Perhaps someone will listen in Plano
