All the employees from Stephanie Down were courteous and very nice. In addition the visitors waiting area was clean and nice and the coffee was excellent. Our car was serviced within one hour. This was our first service for our new car. We are looking forward to come back for our car’s next 5th month service. Please advise Chad that the Yakura’s said he has excellent employees. Great service. Due to a busy work schedule, I was not able to make an appointment. I had the opportunity to squeeze the service in and they got me in with fast friendly service and on my. I really appreciated the effort and expediency!

The car was ready and I wasn’t notified. I had to call in and then show up and then wait. Your team advised that the engine filter need to Rep replacing, but that the cabin filter was fine. They were both beyond filthy making me question whether you have ever changed them and all the times I’ve been getting service from your organization.
My audio system still doesn’t work because the charging function is broken. This has been a problem from the beginning with no support from your group.

Richie communicated with me from the notification and scheduling to the results after the service. I appreciate the high level of service; they even made my car a priority even though I arrived early.
Stephanie and the team were amazing! They were thorough, friendly and supportive. When my insurance company tried to pay less, Stephanie had my back, and she was able to convince insurance to pay the complete amount

Service is always professional and timely
Check engine light mysteriously comes on while it’s at the dealer for tire rotation and oil change. And, my tundra doesn’t start when I come to pick it up?! Obviously someone left a door ajar for the day or something which drained the battery.
I end up needing to leave my car over night to find out what’s wrong the next morning.
I send multiple texts and phone calls and never get a call back until 1230pm, stating the service department still has my truck.
Hours later I make contact and the check engine was because of the low battery?? Which they told me checked out fine in the inspection and drove test?
Then I needed to pay to replace my battery, which I had never had one issue with prior to coming in on Thursday.
