Dear Toyota Service Team, Today I brought my car in for service and was told it would take approximately three hours. Based on this information, I arranged for my wife to drive from a long distance to pick me up. Shortly after she arrived, I was informed that my car was already ready. I would appreciate clearer and more accurate communication regarding service time estimates in the future, as this situation caused unnecessary inconvenience. Thank you for your attention. Ray Jr Carrera was a pleasure to work with from the moment I pulled up to the south coast Toyota service center. He was friendly, attentive and answered every question and concern I had. He went above and beyond to explain everything to me in detail and checked in on me with a status update on my vehicle while I waited inside. 20/10 service and highly recommend. Thanks Ray!

Once Raymond reported that my car would not be ready for a day or two and provided me with a loaner, I did not hear from him again. I called and left a message for him to get back to me with an update. Ana Ochoa saw that I had left a message for Raymond and she followed up with me. This experience with Raymond is not typical of the customer service I'm used to at South Coast Toyota. After I picked up my car, I received what seemed to be a generic, short, text message from Raymond thanking me for having my car serviced at SCT. In the future I will be sure to make my service appointments with Ana Ochoa.

The service was great. And fast the only thing I didn't like was when I received the car it smelled like they burnt the clutch a bit and they changed my settings to sport when I brought it in it was in normal settings. But besides that definitely would recommend richer Misa he was true to his word 5 out 5 from me.
