Ana contacted me first thing the morning after I dropped off the car for maintenance. She advised me that they would assess any issues and let me know. Within a few hours, Ana contacted Mr with the recommended fix and cost. The fix was performed, and Ana contacted me to let me know the car was ready. She is efficient, communicates well, and she gave clear communication regarding the car.

I was left in the dark as to whether the necessary part had arrived and if I would in fact have my car back by the date the team had communicated. I understood that there would be a delay with New Years Day, but on Friday the 2nd when I was told to expect the car to be ready, I had called 3 times between 7:30am and 4pm, and was told to expect a call back every time with a status update. I never received a call back until after close at 6pm. This was in large part due to my POC being OOO, but you would expect someone would have taken accountability instead of consistently hearing “I’m just covering for your POC, so I don’t know”. This is a poor customer experience. When I finally did receive my car back on Saturday morning, additional work that I had not approved was done to the car and I was given an invoice for $300 over the original quoted fee. We were able to remove that additional charge, but the experience was chaotic.

It’s always a pleasure to see Rays familiar friendly face. My car is sweet 16 now. It’s been here many times throughout the years and I appreciate Rays professionalism and respect towards….. a sometimes hesitant customer. I’m fortunate to take my car, not just to a “dealership” for service, but to a friend and a true professional that cares.

It took longer than I expected but Stephanie in Service notified before taking my car back. I waited over four hours for the car for Maintenance, but I understood beforehand where I was in for. Other than that, she was great.

Rich Misa has been taking excellent care of me and my Toyotas for many years. Our family has had two Corollas, a Camry, and a Scion XB. All of them have been serviced at South Coast Toyota, and Rich is one of the main reasons for that. He is a true professional. He’s friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I always call him when I’m ready to bring my car in for service. He takes care of everything for me. And I really trust the auto techs. Their work is excellent. I know my car will be serviced correctly.

Ana Ochoa provided excellent service. She was very polite, completed the service within 80 minutes, and did exactly what I requested. I really appreciated that she didn’t push or force any unnecessary extra maintenance. Professional, efficient, and respectful throughout—highly recommended.

Eric was wonderful. I am trying to get a spare and he did all he could to get me tire, but no go. He was very helpful and at the end of the day, he was just as fresh as the morning!!! He is a keeper!!
