Richie was very kind and professional. But at the end of the day I was given back my car and told that the problem I’m reporting isn’t being seen so it can’t be fixed. It’s very frustrating to have a problem for years and to constantly be told it doesn’t happen when rested. I’m guessing the car is not being taken out to sit in traffic with the air on, which is when the problem is occurring. I app rec that there was no charge, but I’m back at square one.

Frank was very helpful. When it became apparent the car needed a lot of work, Frank quickly offered a loaner car. My car was in the shop two plus days and Frank kept me apprised of the status. It was expensive work that ended up needing to be done and he gave me the employee rate for a new tire I needed and a couple other discounts.
