I went to Tustin Toyota the last time because it’s only 2 miles from me. The service provided by SCT is FAR SUPERIOR. Ana told me exactly what was being done. I was directed to where I could wait and told where to go when my car was.

One note for the business: my repeat service was originally scheduled through Eric Rodriguez, who handled my initial AC cleaning. I called ahead to confirm, he told me Saturday was fine—but Stephanie later mentioned Saturdays are actually one of the busiest and hardest days for repeat service. Eric also was in the office that day. Everything worked out thanks to Stephanie for stepping up, but it might be worth aligning on scheduling guidance from the start.
