My service advisor was Francisco Cerda and I just went in for a quick oil change service. He called me to let me know my car was ready but that it so had 2 nails in the tire that were not repairable. When he gave me my paper work to send me off he was very clearly rushing to go home or something. I asked him if I can replace the tire here and he tells me the cost and that it’s out of stock. And he gives me a fake smile and leaves, grabs his gym back and afterward I see him pack up and leave to go home while I wait 20 minutes for my car to come down. I worked in service before and you dont send a client home with two nails In their tire unless they choose to. He didn’t offer to leave it overnight, he didn’t offer to order the part or send tell me about the other nearby Toyota service shops. If he wanted to go home that’s fine but at least send me to another advisor. I went looking for one and there were none to speak to except one single advisor running up and down seeming to be the only one doing his job. It was 5pm and the entire department was asking as if they were five minutes from closing when it doesn’t close until 9. My biggest complaint here is my advisor, I believe it was cerda the short one with the beard, he had horrible customer service and really let me have the most concerned drive home with 2 nails in my tire. He just shrugged and said I need to find any tire shop that’ll do it. This he said on a Saturday at 5 pm when no tire shop will be open. Please talk with him and make sure he puts in more effort.
When asked if coupon was applied did not get a good explanation of how. Price was more than coupon
I don’t see he done al recommendation for previous visit is done he write customer does not wanted done he never ask he told me al previous recommendation is been done for the amount he told me since the beginning it was 283.59 and the description for all job done nothing to do with the job he’s done exemplify remove mat I done this he even bother to do it then description for the rest he done it was visual only when he told me all be done with the price he said I’m very disappointed
