I never have any issues with John Nguyen and helping me. Ray checked me in and then John finished up. The team at Toyota is always helpful. The problem is me and I'm very sorry that sometimes I'm a handful but you always make me feel good coming in.

After picking up my car and driving away, I found my dashboard information portion was not how I left it when I left the car for service. I could not return it to how I left it so now I have to make a second trip back find out what the Hecks going on. Very disappointed.

I was incorrectly told by this South Coast Toyota employee that to use my tire insurance, I would need to take my car to the dealership I purchased it at so I drove my car using a spare tire all the way to Culver City, where they told me that it was not true and even called the insurance company in front of me to verify that I can use my tire insurance at any Toyota dealership. It was a major inconvenience and waste of time.

I took 10 mins for an advisor to get to me and take info. The Toyota True start battery warranty is a joke. Almost $200 to replace battery with a 50% prorate discount and battery was under 3 years old. I will never buy a battery from Toyota again. 84 month warranty is a joke

Pedro Brito is an excellent servoce writer. His approach to customers is great.shortly after I had arrived, he greeted me and took all the info needed. I waited in his office for a short period. He came in and produced the paperwork And I was on my way. I questioned him re: the 2024 Tacoma. He then took me across the lot to show me a 2924 model. Very nice service to go out of his way to answer my question.
