I want to sincerely thank Pedro, Christian, and the service technician who worked very hard to resolve a difficult situation with my tire. Pedro quickly and professionally helped me when I arrived as a walk in with a flat tire. He accurately set my expectations and shared what the process would entail. He worked efficiently to resolve the issue. Christian also kindly listened to some of my concerns and was able to provide real and good solutions. He also came back to update me on the progress. Very grateful to them for the help getting back safely on the road.

Service itself was great and had a great overall experience with John. The check-in and -out process was seamless. However, getting a shuttle back to pick-up my car was frustrating. This happened twice, including this visit. For this time, I called in and talked to a lady to request a shuttle back, gave her my info, and waited over half an hour. I called back a second time and also spoke to a lady (not sure if she’s the same person) to check on the status. She then put me on hold, saying she’ll check, and suddenly transferred me to my service advisor. That just put me in a sour mood yesterday. I would appreciate it if whoever took my info for the shuttle let me know beforehand that I’d need to wait and the rough wait time. Hopefully, next time I come in that won’t happen again.

It's very difficult to get a hold of her. Also I was charged a diagnostic fee for fixing my breaks..was quoted agreed price but vehicle after break pads and rotters is still not fixed...now I'm quoted a price that is worth more than the vehicle to fix the problem..this is something that should have been quoted to me at the initial diagnostic so that I could make an informed decision on moving forward with any initial fixes to the vehicle specially when the symptoms the vehicle was showing were clearly stated to ana.

Great job by Francisco and the entire service team! I told them I was selling the 4Runner and already had a replacement vehicle they called over a member of the sales team to give me a purchase quote - that never happened and your sales team dropped the ball!
