Came to find a concern, half was fixed and told there more to be done, should have know just more money. To top it off, ask idolize a free car wash and for sure I do. They forgot, i picked up my dirty car half fixed.
My advisor wasn’t so friendly as first. I just didn’t feel the level of care or professionalism. Maybe bc I didn’t have to pay this time?

It took 2 hours and 40 minutes for the service. Other than that, it was a pretty detailed service.
The only thing is your price is just too high for what you do. Why 55 dollars for rotating tires.that should be part of regular service. That is why I will take my car somewhere else
My contact is usually Ray Carrera but due to the busy early morning, Mr. Misa took over to avoid a long wait. The Mr. Carrera finished up with my service when I picked up the car. Both were very helpful.
My appointment was at 7am and the service drive was full,but the whole crew got us all in and written up in just a few minutes. All in all I was Very Happy with my service.
It took me a while to fix an issue which was existing from the day of purchase even after repeated complaining about it. Also, I found a crack on my windshield after I got back my car.
I was very pleased with the assistance I received from everyone at South Coast Toyota. I feel Jason & Bobby were very helpful in trying to locate”the noise” in my RAV and assured me that any further issues will be fully addressed. Thank you to all .
