Frank didn’t introduce himself and was aloof. He accused me of cursing at him when I made a remark about the cost of something, definitely not directed toward him but he took it personally. It was uncomfortable to work with him and will not in future if he is assigned as my rep.

My first service on my car was at RSM Toyota. They made my experience awful, and I was worried about where I would go. I ended up going to this Toyota and yesterday was the 2nd time I've been, and stephanie was great. I didn't have much additional work needed, but she wasn't shoving anything down my throat, or trying to overcharge me on anything. I was in and out with no BS, which is always appreciated especially in the middle of a work day. Thank you!

I have a 2016 Corolla with 40,840 miles so my car doesn’t “fit” with the suggested service book mileage timeline services.
Ray will go over what’s included in the service for time vs milage needed, he also reviews previous service recommendations and timeline to move forward with that recommendation. He listens and answers my questions.

Ana was great to work with but not pleased with the timeline of minimal service or lack of car wash upon picking up truck late.
The waiting room is abominable! Decaying furniture, blasting television, and unhealthy vending machines. Poor communication waiting for car to be driven to me.
While my oil change was completed in less time than quoted and I was supervised when my car was washed. Unfortunately I was not made aware of any issues or recommendations my car had or needed. Advisor was kind enough to write those down on the paperwork but it would’ve been nice to be made aware of them as I would’ve been open to proceeding with some.
I also tried to purchase the filters from the parts department and there was a gentlemen on the phone and nobody else to assist him so decided to leave.
Ana was an excellent and knowledgeable service rep! Very pleasant as well!
