Yesterday I felt like everybody were in a rush, the guys were discussing about another car in front of us, when we left nobody told us where should we wait for the car, and there was not any associate outside, I can say that usually the customer service is better.

Service prices are TOO HIGH compared to national chain such as Pepboys. The only reason I came back were the specials that matched their prices. If every service is priced correctly and lower we would spend more money by doing every service recommended. YOUR PRICES ARE TOO HIGH
