Sadly, there were issues at every step of the process for just a simple oil change appt. From my initial call, to check in, to shuttle, to pick up/check out. This was discussed with Kevin, one of the managers at he day of my appointment. I think this boils down to a non-cohesive system in place for service, under qualified employees or under trained and also poor communication amongst the team. A lot of work needed here. I haven’t been in for two years due to these same issues. I was hoping I’d return to some positive changes. Sadly that was not the case yesterday.

This was my first experience with South Coast Toyota. My wife recently brought her 2024 Toyota Prius from Toyota Dealer in West Covina, she had a routine oil change, but my wife mentioned a few concerns I was having with my Toyota Tacoma. Ana listened carefully to my wife’s concerns and followed up promptly. I came back to Toyota, and they provided me with a second laser key fob and resolved my issue with the gas pump, which was thankfully still covered under warranty. We can’t thank Ana enough for her outstanding customer service. She made both of our visits a great experience. Thank you, South Coast Toyota, and especially Ana Ochoa!

The service from "hello" to "thank you, goodbye" was excellent. My service technician is very professional, and I felt important. My car was ready in a great time and it was clean. I have bought three cars from this dealership and have serviced them all here. It's the people who make me feel important that keep me coming back. Thank you!
