It took me 2 hours to get a shuttle to pick up my vehicle. I have already said I need my car by 3pm and the service associate who answered the phone said he will make sure that. But when I got my car it was already 4pm, and valet also let me waited for 10 minutes to get my car. It was a terrible experience.
Frank was prompt in returning my calll and getting my car serviced!
The wait times for a tire rotation was over 2.5 hours and a 2 hour wait for a shuttle service seems extreme. The management seemed to want to make an effort to create a good experience, but the rest of the team seemed very disconnected and not customer focused.
Ana is the reason I service my car at that dealership. Always honest, straight forward never tries to push any service on me - all of which I greatly appreciate.

John was an excellent service advisor - I am completely satisfied with his service. The question asked if I am completely satisfied with the experience, which I couldn't yes to because it took me at least 5 phone call attempts during 3 hours to reach a service advisor to return a phone call on whether additional service should be done. Each time, a message was left but no messages were returned. In this regard, the dealership seems a little bit overwhelmed/understaffed.
Everything was very well, organized, and clear. He explained everything very detailed and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed about all the maintenance procedures.

My service man was great. He recognized me as I checked in and was very personable all along the check-in process. He informed me of what to expect and followed up after I left to inform me of what the progress was. A very good experience. Thank you!

My appointment was scheduled at 4pm by Stephanie called letting me know that they were able to service my vehicle sooner so I came in an hour earlier. She was very nice and thorough with answering all of my questions.
Stephanie was awesome! She took very good care of us. She knew we had to get back on the road to Vegas and got us done quick!
