Treated with malice
Told to purchase a tire for $170, no offer to see if the flat could be fixed. I DID NOT utilize Toyota….took my car to Pep Boys. Won’t return to So Coast Toyota and steer others away.

Still waiting for a paint repair in my truck. Pain pilling off and Toyota has a recall for it. The took pictures of my truck almost 2 years ago and no respond from Toyota or dealer. Every time I leave my truck for maintenance or any repair I asked for the recall repair and nobody can give me an answer when is going to be done. Rather than that the service of Anna was satisfied
He could not explain why my battery needed to be recharged. He could not explain what “recharging” meant. He did not understand the terms her was using. I do not trust your service department.

The service provided with Stephanie was amazing . I had an oil change and tire rotation done . She called to tell me when it was ready at the time it was promised and also let me know a new battery was installed under warranty because it didn’t pass the test as well . I am always very happy with my service when I go to south coast Toyota
Very disappointed with my service each time with this dealership
3 weeks ago I got a call that my new center console trim piece arrived at south coast Toyota after they damaged my last piece. I went in on Saturday to drop the Toyota Tacoma off when they told me several hours later after I dropped it off that the trim piece was acctually broken during shipping. I don’t blame the service deptartment for the broken piece, that was clearly an error beyond their control. However, the fact that they didn’t check this piece for the three weeks is what baffles me. In previous service appointments I asked for side door predator steps on my truck, however after taking serval hours they had come to install rock sliders, not even close to what I have ordered. Stephanie Santiago did make it right but the fact that errors like this are reoccurring tells me something must improve in the service department.
