I was told to come back at 4 o’clock because it would likely be ready. I but when I arrived at 4 I waited 2 1/2 hours before I got my car back. The facility was closed before it was delivered.

My truck came with greasy marks on the body and dust inside. And they didn't perform all the required services. And the person who helped me doesn't seem to have a good attitude when it comes to customer service.

I am just here for a couple of days after losing my home in the devastating fire in Pacific Palisades. A minor accident knocked out my left directional signal and I couldn’t drive back up to Los Angeles without its being fixed.Stephanie was so understanding and helpful and assured me that she would make sure the repair was taken care of quickly so I could get back home again safely. I am so grateful to her.
