Ana is fantastic. She is the best customer service manager I’ve ever experienced. She is kind, thorough, helpful, knowledgable, and positive. I would hire her in a second if she was ever available.
Ray was professional and personable. He listened to my comments and presented probable outcomes clearly and cheerfully. He offered transportation, which was too long a wait for me to utilize.
Also, Ryan, who called to get my car in for service under warranty, was excellent. We talked about getting the right timing for the appointment, moving from Friday, to Monday, to finally Tuesday for maximum efficiency/time for the appointment.
He was right on, as was Raymond- the car was serviced, multi-point, within 2 hours.

John was great and communicative with the needs of my car. He also helped prioritize the repair requirements. He is also friendly and professional.
Went to get an oil change and patch a tire due to a nail. I was called back stating they could not do the job due to not having the wheel lock to do it. After going to get the car back, one of the valet guys that gets the car said he could check if he could find the size I need. He said yes and brought out a box and found the correct one. Furthermore he took me to the parts section and what do you know the wheel lock is in stock. So it makes me wonder why the patch repair could not have been done if you guys have the tools to take off my tires. Instead I was met with we can’t do it because you you don’t have the wheel lock key.
Very responsive and cared! Seemed to care more about my needs as opposed to other service technicians i have worked with. Would prefer to work with Raymond going forward.

I was very in pleasant with my last visit and hesitant to go back to the shop but I’m glad I did today. Raymond was amazing! He greeted us as soon as we arrived and gave us an estimated time of completion. He also reminded me that there is a recall on my car. We were unable to get the recall completed while there as the parts were not available. Raymond placed an order for the parts and stated that he would call me when they arrived. Raymond was very professional and had excellent customer service skills!
