Great staff. Excellent service.
Just a couple of things.
1. Last time, I was charged a tire rotation, they were brand new and were never rotated. This affected my service for my vehicle.
2. I did not realize it was a charge for service this time when I booked my appointment.
3. You guys stopped washing vehicles, and all your vehicles on your lot look dirty, I went to look for something and was bummed out. Not really sure why, someone said the city cracked down on car washes at dealerships. I have not seen this with other dealerships in Costa Mesa. Use to look forward to car washes when my vehicle was serviced.

I don’t need your calls, I schedule appointment for 9:30am I showed up 10pm early. I didn’t get called that my car was ready till 1:30pm this is ridiculous for an appointment oil change only!!! What’s the whole point of the appointment? If I would have stayed and not gotten a shuttle back to work I would have been in the lobby for 4 hours?? Or is it because the advisor figured I left the dealership she put my vehicle in no urgent and took care of other stuff she can make money selling items on? Why is it always a bad experience at the dealerships?

I scheduled to come in at 7:45am because the person who reached out about the service told me the shuttle service began at 8am. After dropping my car I was told the shuttle wouldn’t be back for another 20-25 min because it starts at 7:30am. Unfortunately this wouldn’t work for me because I needed to be at work much sooner than in another 45min-hour, so I had to call a Lyft. Completely unnecessary because I could have easily come in earlier if the original shuttle info had been correct.

We had ordered two key fobs. One was delivered, the other on back order being shipped. It has been two weeks, no phone calls, texts or information on the second fob. It is expensive and my guess is that since I paid for it, it it lost in the system without anyone caring
I was happy that they were able to repair the recall problem in the same day. I was a lil disappointed that they didn't give it a quick wash after.
