Raymond was good at communicating with me on how long the service would take and kept me updated on my car. Also, he took the time to explain to me what my extended warranty covered and did not cover, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, great and fast service.

The last 4 times that I was there, I get a car washed on the outside, but not this time. When I got home, I got a chance to look at the invoice and I saw the engine filter and the cabin air filter checked off in the yellow and the red boxes. The comments from the service technician said the customer refused service, but the truth was they never asked me. I was told that everything is fine with the car. That was very upsetting to me.

First arrived and told check in person why I was there to get 5k service done and I also had an issue that I needed to address. A malfunction in the car seat that I have tried to have scheduled since January but have failed to do so because now all of sudden you don’t have loaner cars, when I was told at the time of purchase that I can get one everytime I have service.
So now I have had to schedule my second cilajet appointment ahead of schedule to get a loaner car to address my seat issue. Which ironically when I was told you don’t have a loaner car for me the same loaner car I used for my first cilajet was there sitting right in front of me, but you don’t have any!!! Right!
Also the fact that I paid for 5 year service maintenance ahead on my car and John couldn’t find it and didn’t show anything In his system. So instead of helping me through it he said go talk to financing which I did and they told me to go give it back to John so he can keep it on file and I did and John didn’t do anything he just said keep it for your recommends, which is why I am going to cancel this service!
Extremely dissatisfied with the way I was helped through my entire post purchase experience. I won’t be returning here for any future services other than the cilajet and my car repair that is protected under warranty.
Yes I was Completely Satisfied with the service. And I am always very happy that Ana Ochoa has been there to help me.
