When I when I called south coast toyota about my electronics, I was told I could just come in and someone would walk me through what it was. I needed to do, but when I actually drove in, he took my information and said I had to leave the car with him that you no longer were giving rides. I would have to use an Uber and I was just kind of disappointed. they fixed my key. I really appreciated that and that was just a dead battery. My electronics right now is totally weird but at least it’s working. I still would like somebody to explain the stuff for me and I guess you can’t do it so I’ll find a teenager understand how to do it. thank you

Raymond did a good job, but the job was not complete. I'm still waiting for the part (trunk gasket) to be delivered and installed and verified the closure of my Camary trunk will close as it were brand new. This project is not complete and neither is this evaluation. Send me another evaluation request when the job is completed. Also, while waiting in the Parts lobby room, after asking 3 of South Coast Toyota's employees to either increase the volume of the TV I was watching, turn on the captions, or to change the channel, the said they weren't able to do so. The manager said the I.T. department mandates and does the programming of the TV's in all the Toyota dealerships. I found this to be very inflexible. It is very boring to be waiting for 3 hours while watching 1 channel without any sound or captions. It's like being a captive audience. Sounds like being in a Communist country.
