Good timing for a Saturday. Arrived 930am, received call service was completed at 12noon.
Always on time with device and a concise overview of any issues that should be addressed and how important/urgent each is.
Raymond was very friendly. Even though it was busy, he slowed down and was highly personable. He provided an informative update when my car was ready. The whole experience was positive.
I left my car at 10:15 and it wasn’t ready until 3:30pm, besides the regular maintenance and 2 things I wanted look at, it shouldn’t have taken that long. Customer service was just ok.

Ray was nice and very helpful especially when his tech couldn't find my lug nut removal thing.
Stephanie listened to my concerns and relayed them to make sure my flat tire was replaced and the right front fender liner was secured very tightly so it no longer flapped around. She made sure they went above and beyond and installed screws and clips to secure it as well. Stephanie was also able to apply a coupon I had received from previous service and gave me a new one for next time. I am completely satisfied with the service I received from Stephanie Santiago at South Coast Toyota and based on this professionalism I would return for another service.
The glove compartment was obviously messed with and does not close now. Is working just fine prior to my appointment with you guys.
