Raymond was very friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. He even went above and beyond and gave suggestions, etc.
Ray was awesome! He went above and beyond for me, placing multiple status-update calls and even sending photos on what the technicians were finding. When the verdict came down, he walked me through what he could do at Toyota and what I should take up with my tire supplier (there was a vibration issue at high speed). He was incredibly kind and informative, and South Coast Toyota is lucky to have him.
