I’m very disappointed with my overall experiences with this Toyota location. Upon picking up my car this time, there was oil and grease all over the inside door handle, steering wheel and the inside baseboard of the driver door. Longtime Toyota customer and I’ve never had this experience before from any other location. The multiple experiences I’ve had at this location leaves me to believe that the team really doesn’t care about the customer or their vehicle. Feels like the customers are taken for granted at this location.
I appreciate the great service. I didn't have an appointment, but you worked me in to a busy service day for you to make fix my turn signal lights, so that I could drive safely.

Scheduling the appointment was easy! I appreciate talking with knowledgeable folks who could assist me with the things I wanted to do with my new Tacoma truck. The communication was excellent as they worked on my vehicle and I picked it up and was completely satisfied with all they added to my new truck.

My service rep, Charlotte was very courteous and explained everything perfectly. She was great. No concerns there.
My concern is that it should not 1 hour and 45 minutes for just an oil change service and tire rotation. My last several service visits have taken way too long. My time is valuable too.
Matt was kind and service was as expected; although like most things now, expensive. Service counter staff should be more attentive to customers. Overall experience satisfactory.

Ashton did a great job. Very friendly and helpful. While I was there I watched him handle a customer who was being unreasonable about the time it took for his service (which he had no reason to be this mad about) and Ashton did a fantastic job making his service better and handling the situation in a very professional manner. Very good kid.
Took my truck in today for the 10 thousand mile service have the alignment checked and find out what the rattle in the back seat was about. The alignment is definitely better the oil change was ok I guess. I just popped the hood when I got home and there’s oil splatters all over the top of the motor not real happy about that. I told the lady when I got there the back seat rattled and was worse when some one was in the back seat. I watched them ride around the parking lot a couple times once with some in the back of the truck with the bed covered rolled up. After everything was finished they came to the conclusion the noise was coming from my bed covered and told me with it rolled up the noise stopped so I ok knowing that was the problem and as soon as I pulled out I heard the noise again. When I got home I got in the back seat and found the noise culprit within a few minutes. The latches for the back part of the seats had play in them. I took some black tape and wrapped a couple inches around the solid back portion where the two latches meet and the noise is now completely gone. More than anything I’m aggravated over the oil splatters on the engine I feel like that could’ve been avoided. I understand that accidents happen but they could’ve took the time to clean it up.
