Charlotte was AWESOME!!! She answered all my questions and got me checked in quickly!!! She’s a real asset to the team. All the service people at Toyota South are top notch quality employees they care about their work and ALWAYS put the customer first!!! I was in and out in about an hour.
Everything was good, besides leaving oil marks and dirt in my passenger seat.

Checked in at 0800 and car was done by 0841. Asked for am oil change and tire rotation. I checked my air pressure due to tire in front driver has a slow leak and that tire was in the same location as when I dropped it off. It's clear that the tires were not rotated as requested. This now makes me question using Toyota South in the future. I would have returned to speak to manager but I had to pick someone up at airport and didn't have time to address until now.
Just a tire rotation and multi check service. Checked in after being there an hour and 20 min. I was told it had just been pulled into the shop then. There were only 3 people in the waiting room at the time and I had an appointment which I was on time for. I was told they were "slammed" which they didn't appear to be. Not a very good experience
I’m not sure exactly what happened but I was confused for another customer and ultimately questioned the service I received. It took way too long for a simple oil change. Honestly I will probably give it another go and if it’s not better next time I’ll just go somewhere else.
I had an appointment at 7:30am and I was waiting. It was 9:40am before my vehicle was ready. I only had an oil change and a tire rotation. 2 hrs and 10 minutes was too long for this service. The only explanation was that I was told that they had to go get oil. Even with this, should not have been 2 hours and 10 minutes.

The experience today was great. Charlotte was a wonderful person to work with. She made sure I was well informed, and she seemed to have a great sense of customer relations with her personality. I would highly recommend this experience again.

Issue was fixed in a timely manner. Any chance of getting a Toyota Service center in Winchester? If not a sales lot tgen a facility for Toyota Service and Maintenance.
Ashton was great and provided wonderful customer service! He explained all of the services I would need done and at what mileage I should expect to do them. He explained what maintenance was most necessary to have done and was very polite and helpful!
Following completion of service, several glass cups that were left in the back seat were shattered. When I attempted to call, I was transferred to the service manager. Each time I was transferred, there was no answer.
