I am always told what service is needed according to the manufacturer's manual but I am never pressured into taking that service. I have taken my car to Toyota South since I purchased it there in 2001 and have always been pleased with the service department and their staff.

It was not properly disclosed how long it would take my vehicle to be repaired. I was told one full day which turned into almost 3. When I asked about my car I was told that even though I had a SCHEDULED appointment for over a week and was spending thousands of dollars on this repair that the mechanic had to be pulled off of my vehicle multiple times to work on other vehicles. What’s the point of even having an appointment then? Same thing happened to my sister who had a scheduled appointment for her vehicle to be serviced.

I showed up for my appointment on time and I was told an alignment would take around 30 minutes. I understand that things happen and there may be delays, but I was at the dealership for 2 HOURS and 15 minutes. I feel like that’s a bit unacceptable.

I was there going on two hours and if you are asking for a review of a female, there was only one out there and she was talking to a man the entire time and when I asked the guy who took my car back if it was ready he said she's working up the bill. I sat there a while longer and finally went out front to ask her if it was ready and there was no woman even behind the counter. There was only a woman with a badge on talked to a man and the guy who took my car in worked up my bill.

Great experience as always at Toyota South. Charlotte is very good to work with and knowledgeable about her work in service department. We drive 90 minutes to use this dealership now and have driven 5 hrs when lived other places just to go to Toyota South. Thanks again great job.
