This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience with Service at Toyota South. Always before it’s been wonderful. I brought my car in at 10 for a 1015 appointment. Dalton Kelly checked me in. He did not give me an approximate time that’s service would take to put on for new tires to check my emergency tire, and to put on windshield wipers. Add 1 o’clock I have not heard anything. I went out to the service desk and said to Dalton I came in at 10. It’s now after one and I don’t know anything about what’s going on. He went to check and came back and told me that there had been a problem; they had to update some software in order to balance my tires. I could make an appointment and come back another day or they could. I could wait and they could get it done then. I prefer to get it done then. Dalton did give me a ride, he arranged a ride for me to get to Berea to meet a friend who was supposed to have lunch with. When I came back, asked Dalton if he wanted to walk me in to take care of my bill, because I was used to service people walking me to the desk, explaining what had happened what had happened etc. etc. dot said it’s in there at the desk . I was very satisfied with Dalton’s help. Again, I want to reiterate this has never happened to me before, as I have always had excellent service. In fact, it was one of the main reasons I bought my Toyota from Toyota South, several friends highly recommended Toyota south, because of their great service . Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dalton was exceptional in providing information about my vehicle and, more importantly, listened to my concerns. The service was handled well within the specified time and the vehicle actually is performing better.

Took too long. Tires late arriving. My appointment was 9:15. Didn’t get to leave until after 4 because tire pressure light was not reset. On the plus side it was corrected, but I spent virtually the whole day in the shop. Service staff were very accommodating, polite, helpful, and I appreciated the shuttle taking me for lunch.

Trevor is a Toyota south staple. He always greets me with a smile and asks how I’ve been when I drop off my vehicle off. He is kind, friendly, and super knowledgeable. He always makes sure that I am well taken care of when I come through for any service, and that all my questions and concerns are about my vehicle answered and taken care of. I always get excited when I get the confirmation text for a service appointment and it shows him as my technician. Get this man a RAISE, paid vacation, and all the gold stars! :)

Thank you for helping me! My car was having some serious problems and they let me know what was happening, how much it would cost? And when I could expect to have it done. This was a good experience and I can tell the service department has become more user friendly.

Charlotte Swords did a fabulous job! She explained needed maintenance, answered my questions, had a positive attitude & even took her limited time to review my itemized invoice for repairs completed. Very professional! Toyota Service dept is fortunate to have such a quality employee.
