I’m always warned about having the higher mileage prevention maintenance done. I tried to schedule a complete brake service and showed up for the appointment but no one had ordered the parts. So I WILL NOT be having any more work scheduled for this vehicle other than oil changes. Everyone is extremely nice but I don’t trust scheduling service anymore

The Toyota service dept at Toyota South are wonderful. Andrew stayed in touch to let me know how things were going with my vehicle. He was honest and communicated well and took care of me from top to bottom. I would recommend Andrew and the service dept to anyone who has car service needs. I am very satisfied with the work they completed on my car.

Courteous and explained all the needs of the vehicle. Ashton helped me keep my DMV appointment by providing a ride over and back. Sorry I didn’t get the driver’s name but he was friendly and drove safely. I bought my car at Toyota South. I have always had it serviced there. It has been a reliable car for me.
Work requested was completed and additional work that was needed to be completed was identified and discussed with me.
