I’m on town with the army called on the 6th stated what was going on, scheduled and appointment clearly wanted my dash alarms rectified dropped my vehicle off yesterday for an appointment this morning. Got a call it was fixed. Drove there to pick it up same lights returned, communication stating what was needed to be done could have saved me and hour plus drive Twice now and I guess I’ll do it again in Monday. Long story short don’t say it’s fixed let’s discuss it and select the best course of action.

Sales person was great, but ever time I come in my vehicle always end up with damage. First the side view mirror was destroyed by the car wash, and today a bolt was broken while the tires were rotated.
Was only supposed to be an hour service turned into 2 and 1/2 hours
Very clean waiting room and service was in an acceptable amount of time.
