Quicker than usual, nice service
I have always liked coming to Toyota South. Hospitality is top notch. But, when they told me the lugnuts was swollen?? Never heard of any such thing. So I called my tire guy. He did tell me the Dodge and Toyota was bad for that. So, I’m all about using the name brand, but when he told me the Toyota lugnuts was 23.99 apiece, that is RIDICULOUS. Almost 500 dollars for lugs, get out of here. How can the average person afford that. Luckily, he offers lugs that was aftermarket for 3.99 apiece. I came for just an oil change and left spending almost 250 dollars. Not what I expected. And really not too happy about it. But, oh well. But the average person can’t just afford big expenses like that. Hope y’all have a good weekend.

Flexible, attentive, helps work out unexpected problems in scheduling and getting service completed. Personable and communicative. Works to understand and explain service issues and to engage the repair technicians when needed. Other service agents and the technicians have also been very good but you are not asking about them so no additional details here.

Charlotte made me feel comfortable in leaving my vehicle in trusting hands. I have had a Toyota vehicle through Toyota South for 24 years and have had wonderful service every time I have been there.
