When I walked into the service department not ONE person greeted me. Yes, they were busy. Someone could have said atleast hello. One of the guys who was busy and knew I had walked in ,went to check to see if a part would be in for the lady in front of me.He came back and then just like that I became visible. Suddenly he greeted me and acknowledged I was here even though beforehand he had never said peep to me ! He really did try to make things right. He was friendly. I don’t care how busy you are or how close it is to quitting time every customer that walks in that door deserves a smile and a pleasant greeting!

All the staff at Toyota South were friendly and helpful. We brought our lunch sandwiches and chips and the service area provided the water and cookies. Our vehicle was ready when promised.

You need to service a car in a reasonable amount of time. This is the 3 time that the service, which has never been major, has taken more than 11/2 or 2 plus hours. Either don’t overbook your service department or get better mechanics, more mechanics or manage your staff more efficiently.
