Would have been nice to know on Monday that I wasn’t getting a tire after driving to Richmond on Wednesday. Don’t really trust driving with not just one plug, but two plugs in my tire. I was told on Monday that the tire wasn’t in stock and it had to be ordered and would be there on Wednesday. So my husband drove over an hour today, after having chemotherapy treatment on Tuesday. Was expecting a tire, not just testing for leaks.
Trevor was vary professional, courteous, and went above and beyond what was expected.

Service reception was great, however I don’t think you guys actually changed my cabin air filter like it says on the work order. I pulled the filter to check for myself and it found it to be dirty. I also had to reset my service indicator. During the service prior to this one, my hubcaps weren’t put back on properly.
I’m satisfied with the 5k service that was done. But the real reason I came in was because my backup camera guide is out and the truck displays visit dealer. After 3 hours I was told you guys couldn’t figure it out and I’d have to bring it back another day. So I have to give up another day to leave my vehicle there to get it fixed
Said a sensor was broken on my tire and they was no lights on to suggest that at all when taken in ! Needed new tires tho! Left with light ???? n on dash and now it’s off !
