She was courteous and thorough. My service was completed in a reasonable time. My personal after service inspection found no problems.
It took 2 1/2 hours to service my vehicle. That seems excessive.
When you washed the car you left drops of dried water spots on the paint. And windshield, mirror and camera. The car looked worse going out than going in to the shop than coming out. However, I know you all were very busy.
Every time I come there, you try to sell extra high priced services. Last time you kept me waiting over two hours when I had other appointments and was assured it would only be an hour. Also was told I needed windshield wipers for nearly $100. I passed and went to parts store. I bought the most expensive and it wasn’t half the price, but the kicker is that they weren’t even needed. This dealership doesn’t inspire confidence. I said yes to the brake fluid today, but they wanted $650 to change spark plugs and $249 for a battery. When I said no I was told ,” I guess you just want to wait till your car fails.” People are nice but I dread all the unnecessary upselling.
Charlotte is so nice and got me in quick today even tho I didn’t have appointment.
Highly recommend Toyota South for purchasing a new or used vehicle we have purchased several and as a former Toyota employee I can speak directly to the quality of Toyota vehicles highly recommend buying your next vehicle at Toyota south they have serviced our vehicles for years top notch that’s why I will continue dealing with them

Dropped my Highlander off on a Sunday evening for brakes, transmission service, oil change, tire rotation, and overall inspection. Was ready by 11 am. Great service and communication and reasonable price. Thank you !
