Dalton was very kind and informative. I had overdue service requirements that I was not aware of. He went the extra mile to check whether the service had been completed. After he checked and confirmed it had not been done, he let me know what was needed and the pricing. It was a great service experience.
Techs had to reset tire pressure indicators at my request. I have had to remind your staff on numerous occasions to do this with this vehicle and my 2022 Sienna.

When I called to schedule the appointment I also requested an oil change but when I get there I was told that it did not have to be done until 10,000 miles which would have been good to know when I made the appointment. Also I had to wait almost 2 hours before my vehicle was done. That is too long to wait for a multi point inspection and a tire rotation.
I think charging for a tire rotation is a bad look for the company. Service was super smooth otherwise
Excellent service. Timely and personal
I drove over 50 miles to get there which means that my tires were warm/hot when the tire pressure was checked. They recorded it at 35 psi. When I left my tires were down to around 31 or 32 psi, but I didn't realize it until I was on the interstate headed home. There should be a way to cool the tires down to get an accurate psi since they are supposed to be at 35 psi when cool/cold.
