We love Toyota South, and love the easy convenience of Ray coming and getting our vehicles and getting them serviced. He always does a great job!
The bill was surprisingly high and no one went over like they usually did when I am there. I couldn’t figure it and finally I remembered the recall and that’s when it hit I was charged for it and shouldn’t had been. Wonder, how many this has happened to and they just paid it and went on about their business. I am glad, I notice and will be getting a refund check in the mail.

The text communications were confusing.
My appointment was at 3:15 pm and I arrived early. I only needed my tires rotated, but it took at least an hour and a half. You need to do better with your appointment time. No one should have to wait that time to rotate tires. The story is we’re running behind. Well, that’s not my fault. Don’t overbook and make your customers wait for hours for something so simple. Shame on you all.
My experience as always was excellent. Charlotte was amazing. She was very professional and answered all my questions. Will return again to Toyota South for all of my Tundra service.

Dalton was fantastic. I feel like my vehicle should either have an extended warranty now or the engine replaced due to the issue with the engine oil level. I will be reaching out to the service center tomorrow to see what can be done.

We got appointment time on phone. For some reason, it didn’t show on schedule. Matt gracefully helped us getting my vehicle’s first service completed. Thanks to him. Good experience overall.
I’m sorry to be picky but some of the checks are pencil whipped. Cool weather affects tire pressure, and my low pressure sensor came in just recently. The report indicated they were all brought to spec but no air was added. My app showed that and then it was verified on pick up. This isn’t the first time these minor things have not been completed, and I’ve asked for on the spot fixes in the past. I dislike negative feedback and respect hard work but those minor things make me nervous that other, more important things aren’t being done.
