One problem. I was charged tax on the amount of the bill before the price was adjusted for the coupon value which I think was incorrect. Also there was a$12 shop charge for an oil change which I also think was incorrect.

I appreciated the quick work-in and the rides tofrom home. I'm sure Toyota did a great job, however, I think $1500 is a very high price to have an alternator replaced.

When I dropped off the car I told the service rep about the continued message that I kept receiving on the screen regarding the wiper fluid being low even though it had been filled. She said the technician would take care of it when servicing. Of course on the way home the message appeared again. Not pleased!
