My only comment regards Matt, he is very soft spoken. I should have told him that I have tinnitus and it was difficult to understand him. My fault not his.

Work was completed in the time frame given at check in. Waiting room was comfortable. Price charged for service completed was expensive.
Great service even though I was late to my appt, they honored my appt without question. I will continue to use Toyota South to service my Toyota vehicles.
I brought in a 2001 Camry that needed extensive service and an oil leak repair. Charlotte kept me informed throughout the entire process. Since I left my vehicle overnight, Charlotte even arranged courtesy drivers to take me home and picked me up the next day.
My vehicle was repaired, serviced and it runs great again.
Overall it was outstanding customer service !
