I brought in a 2001 Camry that needed extensive service and an oil leak repair. Charlotte kept me informed throughout the entire process. Since I left my vehicle overnight, Charlotte even arranged courtesy drivers to take me home and picked me up the next day. My vehicle was repaired, serviced and it runs great again. Overall it was outstanding customer service ! Thank you, Charlotte and the entire Toyota South Team.
