It took over 2 hours for oil change & tire rotation. I told him my light was on for tire pressure. When I got to my car, it was still on. I asked another guy about it. He used a hand held device & told me that one of my sensors were bad. So he is ordering a sensor. If I hadn’t have asked him the annoying light would have been on and I wouldn’t know why. My service rep was distracted by another custard asked the lady who takes the payment to go over my inspection. Nothing was mentioned about the tire pressure light. I have been coming to Toyota South since I bought my first vehicle in 1989. Except for a 5 year lapse with a Subaru. I have been a very loyal customer. This time was not my normal good experience.

We have been using this Dealership since 2000…We have purchased four new Toyota’s from Toyota South….We are getting ready to purchase again in the spring…this dealership and employee’s are very professional….

Waited 1 hour and 35 minutes for a oil change. That is uncalled for! Everyone working there seems very unfriendly except the young guy that greeted us when we drove in drop off. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership. Tell people to smile and speak plus apologize for long waits and have someone come and tell customers you’re running behind. Very disappointed!!

I really enjoyed my experience. My car repair was complete in 2.5 hours, customer service was excellent and people were polite. I do plan to return for my maintenance appointments and other needs

150.11 for a oil and filter change and tire rotation! Absolutely ridiculous. Do you charge just whatever you want? Why not 250 dollars? I'm 65 years old and I've never paid more than 79 dollars for this service. I don't know who does the appointments but it took two hours. Never be back
