The problem has not been resolved. This is the second time the vehicle has been returned to me without the issue being fixed. I do not understand why it is returned when clearly the problem has not been corrected.
Alll the people I delt with were very nice and professional. The driver that brought me home and the on who came to get me to pick up my car. Very satisfied.

Ashton did great with my truck and his customer service was spot on! He made sure to let me know what was going on and gave me estimates for future services. Not only did he made sure I knew what was going on with my truck during the service but he also made sure to check on me to see if I needed anything to drink. He made me feel at home and is a great advisor. I would highly recommend anyone wanting a Toyota or anyone with a Toyota currently go to Toyota South in Richmond KY!
I waited an hour to get a new car battery installed. Did not like that. I realize there are other jobs to be done but still, how long does it take to put in a battery. 5 - 10 minutes? If I had known it was going to take an hour I would have just gone to Batteries Unlimited. Next time I will.
The service department especially (Lily) does an amazing job. Always courteous and friendly from once you pull into the garage until you pick your keys back up. Timely and efficient. Great job great service
