I have two invoices that show the similar service for new tires and alignment. It should reflect the replacement of a serpentine belt. This is no reflection on Charlotte Sword’s service. She did her job to look for this service, but it was not evident in our service records. I’m disappointed with the service tech who provided inaccurate recording of service in 2023-2024. I purchased the service for the serpentine belt a little before the 100K mile, then tires in the following October. Records don’t reflect this.
Lillie is always friendly and keeps me updated while I am at the service area.
My husband just wanted an oil change. We should have only had a bill for that. When he got home he had paid for 450.00for services he didn’t have to have right now. Otherwise the oil change would have been all we needed. Next time please only do the oil change. It was way too expensive.

She was absolutely amazing and took excellent care of us. She went above and beyond to make sure our car fixed in a speedy manner.
This service activity was with a company lease vehicle that my daughter was driving.I mainly worked with Andrew who was great, however, Matt was the contact who my daughter was working with and had a less than professional experience with him. There was some miss communication on this vehicles action plan and some confusion about next steps. My daughter felt like Matt was dismissive and rude during their interactions. I have always enjoyed excellent service and professionalism of the staff at South… I always recommend South for anything Toyota, so this likely an isolated incident . Even if we have a frustrating situation it is never acceptable to be rude to our customer; respect is a core Toyota principle. I have been a Toyota South customer for many years . Thank You .
