Lillie is the best. She takes care of all our service needs and manages it well. She helps with clear understanding and communication. She has great knowledge of her job and always helpful.
I was travelling from Madison, Wi, to Richmond, KY, and along the way had an accident inn Bloomington, IL, that damaged my from wheel assembly. I was able to drive it to Richmond, where I used to live, and took it to Toyota South on a Tuesday. Charlotte Swords, the assistant service manager, and Joe Plowman, the service technician were great. They knew I needed to have the car repaired as soon as possible and put a rush order on the parts and the repair, and the car was ready to go early on Thursday. Toyota South gave me a free loaner car to use in the interim. You can't ask for better service than that. I highly recommend their service center, it is first-rate!

Only complaint is when washing my car it was very spotted. Other than that very friendly and will continue to come back.

He dis really good. Wait time was little to long but the staff was amaizing. I know its not up to employes to have enought staff to have quick service.
I was charged with a tire rotation and my tires were NOT rotated. The main issue that I was getting fixed with my car I was told was fixed when I got there. It was not fixed. I drove an hour and a half for nothing. There was nothing but miscommunication from the get-go. On the dealerships in not on my end. Now I have to make another special trip an hour and a half to go back and get my car and I have no idea when it’s gonna be done.

It appears I wasted money on the prepaid service plan for the highlander. I tried to use it but was told it expired in 2025. When i got home and reviewed the plan it showedthe expiration to be 10/29/2029 and the expiration of 100,000 miles. If I would have known this I would not have purchased. Disappointed to say the least
Dalton Kelley is always so helpful every time I take my car in for service. Also Charlie Johnson always checks to see if everything was okay before I leave every time. I’ve never met anyone at Toyota South that wasn’t friendly and always asks if they can be of assistance. I would recommend Toyota South to everyone.

The service at Toyota South is far above any Toyota Dealer that I have been to in the area. All I can say is you all know how to stick to your appointment times and never over book. You all know how to treat your customers to keep them coming back and how to get them in and out quickly.
