I was greeted by the staff member when I pulled my vehicle in the bay. However when I went inside to the service desks all 5 employers had their head down & eyes on their computer as I stood waiting. No one was engaged with a customer & no one greeted me or said we will be with you in a moment for several minutes. Finally the staff member allowed that she could help me. I told her I had an appointment at 11:30. There seemed to be some hesitation & I asked if anything was a problem. She replied that I had marked drop off instead of wait. I have always waited & was not prepared to drop off. I live in Winchester. I went to waiting area & waited for 1 hour & 45minutesThe service should have taken no more than 45minutes. I went to service desks & inquired about the progress of the service. I was told they were just pulling my car in to start servicing my vehicles. This is total unacceptable-I asked for my car to be returned to me immediately. I am very angry about the terrible customer service!

As usual, Lillie goes above and beyond to take care of us and our vehicle. We never have to worry about our vehicle or give it a second thought when we leave it with her. She makes it so easy to have anything done because she cares. It’s not just her job she takes it personal that you are taken care of. She truly cares!

Dalton was great! He was very professional and very knowledgeable! He made we aware of everything my vehicle would need as far as upcoming maintenance care as well as the cost and ways available to me in managing it. Dalton went over everything I needed to know and made sure to fully answer any questions I had. He was amazing and a wonderful representation of your staff! Kudos to Dalton for doing a fantastic job!

When I called to book my oil change appt.I was told it would be $75. When I got the bill it was $107. I explained what I was told but the service tech didn't seem to care and nothing was offered to resolve the situation. I will take my business elsewhere in the future

Charlie came to Lexington and picked up my car. Left me his and retuned mine in 3 hours. I was updated by text on the whole process. Very satisfied. Highly recommend Toyota South.

The staff was great and the waiting area was accommodating since I had some work to do on my laptop. My only complaint is that when it was time for me to get in my car, it was parked outside, far from the building and with the windchill it was probably 20 degrees! Why even have the drive-in feature if you can't drive back out from the comfort of the building? If it was raining would I be expected to walk outside to retrieve my vehicle? You need to add a third drive-thru exit lane for ready vehicles! I will definitely reconsider coming back to this dealership for service especially in cold weather.
